ref. my previous below mentioned e.mails to you and telephonic talk
with you, to which your reply is still awaited in writing. Your
statement do not match with technical facts. Therefore there seems to
be something else behind it.

now i mention these facts for u and the world call officials.

1. U stopped my smtp (outgoing e-mail) without any intimation to me
and it remained stopped for many days thus suffering my work and i
have to bear financial loss because of your negative attitude and
harassment. It is still stopped.

2. On telephonic talk, u could not satisfy me with technical points,
and u asked for my telephone to contact latter on this issue and
further u will ask ur technical staff for contact and clarification.

3. my complaint was registered with u on 25th Octobe4 2010 and no body
from worldcall contacted me so far in spite of my e.mails and
telephonic reminders. This is your people quality of service and moral
character for customer care.

4. my complaint is still outstanding and nothing has been done so far
and my smtp (outgoing e.mail not working). U told that my smtp is
stopped by the end/receiving server of other domains. OK, e.mail to
go4b.net.pk is also stopped which your world call server, thus your
statement is not correct.

5. from above, since i do some islamic work on net/e.mail and there
seems to be something wrong with world call people who do not like
islamic work, that is why world call people like u stop my smtp
outgoing e.mails although i am paying u for net usage.

6. If i do not get benefit from your world call why should i pay your
bills while u r putting me to financial loss and mental torture in
addition to wastage of time.

7. Mr. Roy Paul be clear u r responsible for smtp stoppage, because ur
technical staff work on ur instructions. Why u r putting me in
problems. whatever u showed me on web about other net servers that is
correct but it proved your letter and statement wrong. u took my tel
no. which is already with u but u and your technical staff did not
reply/contacted so far.

8 Mr. Raoy Paul who is responsible for all this non-sense. U have to
pay me financial loss suffered by me because of ur act of stopping my
smtp out going e.mail.

plz send reply urgently and release my smtp and also ask ur staff do
not play with it.
